The hosts

Lee and Judit are your hosts and we are sometimes helped by our two daughters Sophia and Charlotte. Both English (Angol) and Hungarian (Magyarul) are spoken. (I was an English teacher in London for many years as a matter of fact). We are very happy to assist with organising events, restaurant bookings and days out, etc.

During your stay

The Villa owner and family stay in a property next to the villa, but there is no indoor access so guests have privacy inside their own villa. The pool, outside kitchen gazebo and the grounds in the pictures are exclusively for use of our guests. (Our outside area is completely separate to the guests). If you need help, however, someone will be on-site at all times. And if they are here, our kids would be delighted to show the guests’ children around as well. Housekeeping: towel and linen change midweek for weekly rentals.

Booking and cancellation policy

Prices, calendar date and booking duration can be discussed via the following email leebar60@gmail.com. This would also be a good time to include any specific requirements for information, any special-needs etc.

When you book you will be required to pay one nights non-refundable deposit. This applies if your booking date is later than 30 days before the start of the rental period. Additionally if you book within 30 days of your stay you will be required to pay the full rental price. This can be either in the form of bank transfer or credit card payment.

Before you book, we would like to draw your attention to the cancellation policy in place with our villa. Given the size of the villa and the number of people it accommodates it is very unlikely that we will be able to replace or find another group within a relatively short period of time if cancelled. Consequently if you cancel your booking within 30 days of the start of the rental date we will charge 50% of the total booking amount and the refund due to you will be 50%. If you cancel over 30 days before you will lose the first night deposit, but the remainder will be fully refunded.
